Dijon Mustard 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice (fresh squeezed) 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tsp
Walnut oil 3 tbsp
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
I used this dressing on a Kale Salad with Butternut Squash and Pecans but you can try it on your salad of choice.
